This depends on you and what you need. We will cater the sessions for you. Some people might want to be in a group with others and some people may not feel able to be in a group to begin with. This is something we can talk to you, and adults who support you, about before we start working together.

Sessions are always free or subsidised where we have funding.

We offer sessions to those who we feel will benefit the most and would not be able to access this kind of experience through other avenues.
